The Harford Road Bridge contractor has finished the approach slabs at each end of the deck and is working on the top portion of the mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining wall.

The stream flow diversion has been removed from the north edge of the stream and the permanent scour and slope protection has been placed on this side.  The contractor is working on removing the stream flow diversion on and placing scour and slope protection on the south edge of the stream.

Utility construction continues on the south side of the bridge.
