The Harford Road Bridge contractor continues to move forward with the construction of the new bridge’s foundation. Phase 1 of the north abutment stem wall has been poured, while the first phase of the south abutment stem wall has been formed and will be poured by the end of the month. Additional walls for the bridge’s foundation continue to be formed and rebar installed.

The proposed pedestrian tunnel is completely installed, with backfill ready to be installed on top.

Excavation for a long mechanically stabilized earth wall at the south end of the project is underway.
